That might be one of his favorite sayings....
He's on the phone calling a LARGE, MULTI-MILLON dollar company, and he doesn't understnad why he has to wait, listen to a recording, or follow the phone assisting. THose aren't my favorite things to do either, but I don't blame the economic downfall on the fact that companies use automated assistants, let their human employees go to lunch and dr. appts., or close for the big seven nationally recognized holidays.
P.S. My blog titles will more than likely be the phrases that come from his "well of wisdom".
